Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your order from American Branded LLC.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final on used items. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been used or opened.

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at americanbrandedllc@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly make it right.

For unused items, returns may be accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Return amount will be cost of product only.  

Because our products are handmade in small batches, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.
